Our conversation courses are designed to help you express yourself fluently and with nuance and perfect your pronunciation in a relaxed environment. You will also consolidate and expand on your grammar and vocabulary.

Study time: Ideally, you will practise the new vocabulary regularly between classes.

With our Flextime courses, you get to enjoy the advantages of group learning while remaining flexible in terms of both location and schedule. A highly qualified teacher delivers the same class two times a week online: each week you decide which time best suits your schedule. In some classes, you can also use our interactive Neo LMS e-learning platform between classes, to help consolidate what you have learned.

Requirements

No prior knowledge of the language is required for A1 courses. For higher-level courses, we expect you to be comfortable with the previous level. Take our placement test to make sure that you are at the right level.

Objectives

B1 – Pre-intermediate

By the end of this level B1 course, you will be able to understand the main points if clear, standard speech is used and the topic is a familiar one, regularly encountered at work, school, in your leisure activities, etc. You will be able to deal with most situations likely to arise when travelling in an area where the language is spoken. You will be able to express yourself in simple and coherent terms on topics that are familiar or of personal interest. You will be able to describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes and ambitions and to give brief reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.
